Plan Administration

If you are purchasing an employer group plan, Miller & Associates will personally assist you with all potential administrative needs such as: marketing materials, ID Cards and forms supply, employee add-ons or terminations, COBRA or State Continuation compliance, Billing & Claims resolution, plan changes and/or disputes.

Renewals & Marketing Analysis

At a minimum, we perform an annual market analysis to make sure that your plan is still of value to you, that your deductable is still appropriate, that your plan still meets your needs, and more. In other words, we're not an insurance agency who is happy to roll your plan over year after year without a thought...our goal is to make sure you have the best plan for you, your family or employees, and your budget.

A market analysis is available for any client at any time -- not just around renewal time. If you feel that you're not in the right plan, we're happy to shop around for you to find the plan that fits your needs.
